
Dr. THITTAPORN GANOKRATANAA

THITTAPORN GANOKRATANAA (Senior Member, IEEE) and Secretary of IEEE Thailand Section, received the B.Sc. degree (First Class Honors and Gold Medal) in Media Technology from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) in 2015, and the M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University (CU) in 2017 and 2021. She was the representative of Phra Maha Mongkut (Crown of the King) at KMUTT. She is currently a lecturer in the Applied Computer Science Programme, Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, KMUTT with a specialization in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Human-computer Interaction. She is responsible for the Master Programme in Data Innovation and Intelligent System, KMUTT. Her research includes Video Anomaly Detection, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence with Embedded Systems. She is the author of almost 40 scientific papers published in peer-reviewed international journals, conference proceedings, and a book chapter.
She leads various research projects funded by the Faculty of Science, KMUTT, and the National Research Council of Thailand in the fields of machine learning for human-computer interaction applications. She has many experiences in project collaboration at the national and international levels considering both academic research and service aspects. She works with the Royal Thai Police and Royal Thai Armed Forces where she received the Royal Monogram PPR Brooch Investiture from His Majesty King Phra Pok Klao (Rama VII) and Her Majesty Queen Rambai Barni of Siam at the Army Artillery Club, Pol. AAA, (Antiaircraft Artillery). She also served as a Visiting Faculty in many universities, including the Media Technology Programme at KMUTT, the Master of Science Program in Artificial Intelligence for Business Analysis at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), and the Information Technology and Computer Science Programme at Bangkok University, working on the Internet of Things with Artificial Intelligence and Digital Image Processing.
She was a lecturer on Computer courses at the Promotion of Academic Olympiad and Development of Science Education Foundation under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra.
For international works, she is a committee of the Student Activities Committee (SAC) of IEEE Region 10, the Member and Geographic Activities (MGA) SAC Awards Committee, and a member of the IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics Society (SMC) chapter. She was the President of the IEEE HKN Mu Theta Chapter at Chulalongkorn University. She also has experience in international competition in Innovation, Science, and Technology fields. She won one Gold Medal, two Silver medals, and one Bronze Medal from the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, Switzerland, and was recognized by the National Research Council of Thailand for excellent contributions in participating in the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva. She received the Outstanding Academic Research Award from KMUTT. She won the IEEE-HKN 2015-2016 Outstanding Chapter Awards Winner and was the 1st Runner-up in the Three Minute Thesis competition. She received three Best Paper Awards from ICACME 2011, SKIMA 2013, and SNLP 2016. She served as a keynote speaker and panelist for various international conferences such as ICCI 2023, GCAT-2023, IEEE ICIIS 2023, IEEE R10 SAC Competition Forum 2022, and R10 SYWLC 2020. She served as the Session Chair of ISBM, SITIS, APSIPA ASC, WorldS4, JCSSE, iSAI-NLP, and ICCI. She has served as the Organizing Committee of SITIS, iSAI-NLP, MMM, ICCI, and the Technical Program Committee of international conferences and journals, including GSCIT, ICCVIA, ICSN, ICCE-Asia, TELKOMNIKA, BEEI, and IJECE. She also served as the reviewer for various international journals, including Pattern Recognition Letters, Sensors, IEEE Access, IJECE, Applied Sciences, IEEE Sensors Letters, Water, Micromachines, Concurrency, and Computation: Practice and Experience, IJEECS, and IJITDM.

Dr. Nagaraj V. Dharwadkar
Central University of Karnataka
Dr. Nagaraj V. Dharwadkar, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburagi. Dr. Dharwadkar holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, with his doctoral research focusing on Digital Image Steganography and Watermarking Schemes. He also earned his M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and his B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Karnataka University, both with distinction.
Dr. Dharwadkar brings with him over 24 years of teaching experience and 7 years of dedicated research experience. Before joining the Central University of Karnataka in November 2023 as an Associate Professor, he served in several prestigious institutions, including B.L.D.E.A.’s College of Engineering & Technology, Vijayapura, where he progressed from Lecturer to Associate Professor and Head of the Department, and Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Islampur, where he served as Professor and Head of the Department for over nine years. He also served as a Remote Visiting Scholar at the School of Science and Technology, Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom, reflecting his international academic engagement.
His research interests span Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Image Processing, Digital Watermarking, Steganography, Computer Networks, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Precision Agriculture, and Medical Image Analysis. He has successfully supervised two Ph.D. scholars, is currently guiding doctoral research at the Central University of Karnataka, and has mentored 15 M.Tech. dissertations. He has also established advanced laboratories in Computer Graphics, Computer Networks, IoT, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security.
Dr. Dharwadkar has made significant scholarly contributions with more than 100 research publications, including papers in SCI/SCIE, Scopus-indexed journals, IEEE conferences, Springer, Elsevier, IGI Global, CRC Press, and other internationally reputed publishers. His work has advanced the fields of image security, deep learning, healthcare applications, precision agriculture, and intelligent systems.
Beyond research, he has actively contributed to the academic community as a Technical Program Committee member, reviewer, keynote speaker, resource person, organizer, and editorial board member for numerous national and international conferences. His professional
affiliations include ACM, CSI, IET, ISTE, and the National Cyber Safety and Security Standards (NCSSS).
His excellence has been recognized through several prestigious honours, including the Best HoD of the Year Award from the Computer Society of India, the Best Researcher Award, the Best Faculty of the Year Award for high-impact research publications, and multiple recognitions under the Infosys Campus Connect Faculty Excellence Programme. He has also led and contributed to several funded research projects in AI, IoT, cloud computing, and precision agriculture.

Sooraj George Thomas graduated from Kerala University and has over 13 years of extensive experience in the software industry. Presently, he is a Software Development Engineer at Expedia Group. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and an active contributor to the research community, having published more than 11 research papers in reputed journals and IEEE conferences (Springer, IEEE, etc.). Additionally, he serves as a technical reviewer and session chair for reputable conferences.

Sudhir Vishnubhatla
Sudhir Vishnubhatla is an accomplished applied artificial intelligence researcher, Senior Technical Lead, and IEEE Senior Member with a long, distinguished tenure of driving innovation across intelligent enterprise architectures and autonomous decision platforms. He specializes in designing and executing scalable, compliance-native, and cloud-native AI solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructures, specifically tailored for financial services, analytics, and heavily regulated information management sectors.
His extensive research and deployment background focuses on driving enterprise adoption of cutting-edge technologies. He excels in advancing multi-agent orchestration by building distributed, production-grade decision and control environments, and mastering intelligent document processing through the integration of OCR, natural language processing, and knowledge graphs to automate complex workflows. Ravichandra Namburi
Myself Ravichandra Namburi a visionary technology leader with over 12 years of progressive experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems, driving digital transformation, and leading high-performing software engineering teams in the financial services and automotive sectors.
I currently serve as Vice President of Software Engineering at JP Morgan Chase (since May 2022), where I lead engineering teams in designing and delivering mission-critical financial technology solutions. In prior roles at JP Morgan Chase, he advanced from Lead Software Engineer (Distributed Systems Engineering, 2020–2022) to Lead Software Engineer (2017–2020), directing major initiatives including the architecture of a predictive analytics platform (Card Forecast Model) processing billions of transactions, migrating legacy messaging systems to RabbitMQ and Kafka, implementing high-availability strategies, and championing DevOps transformations with CI/CD pipelines.
